Review My wellness- worst spa experience

Let me preface by saying I’ve been to most of the spa’s in Oakville and Burlington area. From most popular to the secluded Spa’s , I’m inquisitive to find the obscure talent.

onto my awful session at 1600 kerns rd.

Went in for an hr massage late evening after being advised of a young 20 year old attended. On arrival greeted by a mid 40’s Asian woman(Amy) in baggy cargo pants. Was ready to walk out, when she informed me that the young attendant( Jenny) is indeed present. Paid 60 for the hr.
Jenny walks in with white top and a skirt, probably late 20’s around 5’5” spinner type, b cup, not curvy, slender, decent face with cute glasses. I usually tip upfront, so I hand her $80 for bs. She rattles off the entire menu, $60-hj, $80 naked hj, $100 bs, $120 69, $140 bj, $160- fs.
she agrees to the 80bs , but she won’t do the massage, just the fun part first. And then Amy will do the massage after. Not ideal but I obliged. Clothes come off. She’s standing beside the table getting me started, after couple minutes junior is up, she oils her hands and starts jackhammering. I asked her to climb on top, says she can’t get oil on her body. So it’s not a body slide I guess. Her technique isn’t working, I ask if she can switch it up, but nothing changes.

10mins in the main door chimes, another customer is here, he’s directed to the room next door by Amy. The two women converse in chinese through the door. Jenny says she’s gotta go home now, Amy will fill in for massage and the finish. Amy comes in, starts with a firm back massage, I can hear Jenny Nextdoor with the other customer. 5mins in more Chinese chatter through the door. Amy says she’ll be back in just a minute, I can now hear Amy with the other customer, any Jenny has left the building, I’m left waiting in the room for around 15-20 mins. So I get dressed, and when Amy comes back, I politely ask that she refund me half the money and I’ll be on my way. She says the money is with the boss man and he’s gone for the day. I make a phone call to the owner, hoping for a fair resolution. At this point Amy fearing a complaint to the boss, starts blaming me for not wanting to stay. Phone calls were unanswered, frustrated I just walk out. What a waste.

The aforementioned attendant names may not be accurate, they’re just for reference.

I’ve been hobbying for quite a few years now, plenty of sub-standard sessions, this one was by far my worst experience.

This is why you never tip upfront. I’ve been burned more times than I’d like by tipping upfront and suddenly the ladies will ask for more or just give subpar service

Disappointing because the location isn't bad. But the girls aren't great. Zero service.
