Let me just say that I think it is great the way Simone intervened in our other discussion to set the record straight. Although some might say she is being elusive with the fine details, I think this is deliberately so. I don't think we can expect SPs to tell us exactly what services they provide because it often (and should, IMHO) depends on the chemistry/history between SP and client.

But I do think it is reasonable for Moe to press for some basic answers. As a potential service receiver, he is entitled to know what is not on the menu. This is the only qualm that I had with my time with you. It would have been much better for you to tell me over the phone that FS was not an option, rather than "come over and we'll talk about it". By being more honest with me on the phone I would have enjoyed the services that you offered instead of being let down by what you didn't.
