Dianne Watts Mayor and Surrey City council have been on a "Vendetta witch hunt" closing down pretty much all the Massage Parlors in Surrey, (she'd close down every strip club and Adult store too if she had her way too.)

It is not the easiest place to find, as it is at the very rear of a commericial building almost hidden from the road, and accessible only by travelling west on Fraser Hwy towards 160 Street.

It's on the right hand side and you can see a sign with Shanghai Health Enhancement , some restaurant names and Papa Joe's Pizza. Go slowly or you will easily drive right by the somewhat concealed entrance.

They have some nice girls there, asian and caucasian available.

i'm sure if that old hag watts gets re-elected in a couple weeks, shanghai will be extinct pretty soon. don't get the love affair with her, when she's really done nothing as mayor. her big thing was cleaning up crime especially in whalley. well whalley is as bad as ever with weekly shootings, and crackheads running around all over. her latest contribution was voting for the new gas tax to dump more of our money into that cash guzzling piece of shit organization translink. that's really looking out for your constituents. a large percentage of people in surrey are just scraping by and she goes and rips more money out of their pockets so coquitlam can have a skytrain, which researchers have already said will not have enough ridership to pay its bills. way to go diane.

Yes, Surrey seems to be closing down its spas. The Spa at 160th and 96th, was the May Spa has closed. Well, the gals there were pretty old anyway, one had to be over 60, but was an excellent provider. The other younger ones were pretty inhibited. Alley Cats went long time ago. The other Spa on 152nd and 96 disappeared about a year ago. And the spa in Cloverdale on the main drag also went belly up. But that one could be blamed on the attitudes of the gals running it. They never gave your full time and just cut things off as they please. Paying for an hour was a waste. Also the spa on 88th and 120th closed a few months ago, and I never found the gals in there all that attractive either. Never did stay. Prices were too high, up to $250 for some pretty middle aged stuff. So yes, the Shanghai has it all right now, gals are young, friendly, vivacious, and warm and tender. If you go north on 160th and turn at the Chinese church one block up and then right at first street, you will come to the Shangai and see it through a fence, so if you miss the turn going west on Frazer Highway, take this turn.
There are other spas in Surrey still open, but no doubt they will be the focus of a purge. Guess we will be back to single providers.

Went to Shanghai cpl weeks back...picked this EI girl who fucken tried to charge me 350 for FS...told her no thanks...she in turn gave me the weakest,quickest massage ever. Never goin baack!!

went there a while back, lots of rough girls. There is no set pricing, the girl can charge you whatever she wants. watch out. Also the one thing I hate and don't think is fair is that you have to pay for the room fee first before you even get to see and talk to the girls. Very stingy and ungenerous practice. If you don't like any of the girls and want the room fee back they will NOT refund it. Very unfair.

Well your experience at Shanghai was just the opposite to mine. I have been there regularly, and don't always stay, being fussy enough to demand only one or two gals that have serviced me properly. Can't say the other gals would be a service issue, never tried them because the initial contact was poor. They don't ask me for a room fee first, and if they did I wouldn't pay it till I had seen the girls. I always ask who is on duty, and in fact am so well respected there that if one of my two favourites is not there, they will give me a showing of the new gals. Now I am not against choosing one of the new gals, but personality and that initial viewing are very important. A gal who just comes to the door and waves at me and says I am Sarah, won't get accepted. But if she comes into the room and is friendly, outgoing and makes me feel like she needs to see me, answers a question or two, hey man, lets go.
As for prices. found them to be the standard, no upscaling unless you really want a super special.
I would think Sunkist that some how there is a mis connect with your visit. I go there often as my budge would allow. But on a different subject, some of the gals from the closed down Spa's are doing a home business in their local, or gone to a cladenstine operation. If you have their home phone numbers or cell numbers, try making contact.
