I currently use Customer Pro-File from Land Software. I do not like the reports from this program so I also keep an Excel spreadsheet of my income so I can sort by cust, date, service, etc. I have different columns in this spreadsheet for CCard, Cash, Check, Gift Cert., etc. so I can also sort by income sorce. ย I have had my business open for a little over a year now (I'm by myself) and wondered what other MTs used for reporting. What kind of reports do you run and look at each month, etc.I appreciate any thoughts, ideas, suggestions.Thanks for your input.
