On that note, is anyone else finding it unsettling that a lot of escorts are moving into the MP scene and offering SP services in the rooms? I'm not even talking about the FS spas like Alpha Care and Minx. A lot of girls at Premier, Flirt, and SRM come from a SP background and even places like Muse are seeing more people doing more. I personally only see MPAs instead of SPs because of the supposed low mileage and it seems like Allure is the only "safe bet" I can have.

I’m not unsettled by that at all. I’ve read a lot of reviews on this site and SRM and Flirt don’t seem to have many (or maybe even any) that offer the extent of extras that SPs do. But please share, if you know differently.

There are a few posters here who described high mileage at Flirt and SRM. You'll have to look them up. But even if it's not FS at the MP, some girls work a shift at the MP and then moonlight as a SP on the side, only to come back to the MP the next week. It's one thing if they come from an agency background (even then I'm not 100% comfortable with it) but sometimes there are girls from backpages with no regulations.

I personally feel there should be a very distinct line between MPs and SPs.

Even if a MPA appears to be low mileage, you never know who she'd be willing to give an extra to. Could be that one person she feels comfortable with that she sees once a year but you never know what that guy does in his personal life. And for all we know, she could be doing bb with someone outside in her personal life, who in turns partakes in risky activity without her knowing. Never chance it in this hobby.

What if I told you that you don't have to get FS at a MP?

I know I don't need to take part in extras but I still prefer to see girls who don't offer extras. I also prefer that SPs stay in the SP world, or at least at places where extras are expected (like Minx) so I know to avoid them, while those seeking these services know where to look.
