MILLBRAE, California — A massage therapist has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a client during a session in Millbrae, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. The incident reportedly occurred on December 22, 2024, at a business on the 900 block of Broadway.

The victim, an adult female, reported unwanted and inappropriate sexual touching by the male therapist, prompting an investigation by sheriff's detectives. The suspect was identified as 47-year-old Guosheng Chen, of Hayward. On December 31, 2024, a $400,000 warrant was issued for Chen's arrest on charges including oral copulation, sexual penetration, and sexual battery involving an unconscious person.

Chen was apprehended on January 2, 2025, in Hayward with assistance from the Hayward Police Department and was booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility. Authorities believe there may be additional victims, as Chen has provided massage therapy services across several counties in California, including Alameda, Contra Costa, San Diego, and San Mateo.
