I know some have posted about some CS issues with MW or whatever they are called now.
I like to share something very positive that happen. I went online to order the Biofreeze promo that was expiring that day. As far as I could tell, the order went through but when I never got a confirmation or email saying it was mailed, I checked and there was no record of the order. I felt like I was a bit crazy! I order online all the time, no issues.
So I emailed and asked about it. One CS Lisa replied that there was no record, ect. I was out of luck basically..... though she didn't word it that way. Low and behold a few hours later, she called back, said she did more digging and discovered some system issue! It is so impressive to me that she went out of her way to keep digging when she could have just as easily ignored it.
They have now processed the order and it is on the way.
