Massage School San Diego has honored RAW One, a raw food snack line, with its “step forward†pick of the week award, following its announcement that it will soon play host to a raw food cooking class in Miami.
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 29, 2012
RAW One, a line of raw food snacks, will soon host a cooking class in which Miami Beach residents can learn easy raw food recipes and more about raw food cooking. In response, Massage School San Diego, a proponent of massage therapy school, San Diego holistic schools and healthy living, has honored RAW One with its “step forward†pick of the week award. MSSD regularly bestows this honor on an organization, person or group for their contributions to the healthy living sphere. Dayan Taylor, from RAW One foods, will lead a raw food cooking class at the Temple Beth Sholom located in Miami Beach, Florida. The class, which costs $60, will teach participants three easy raw food recipes with live demonstrations. There will also be a buffet dinner to follow. Each participate will receive a book of raw food recipes, as well as a storage contained and a tote bag. All proceeds from the class will go to afterschool programming for Youth L.E.A.D., and all food items are donated by the Whole Foods Market in South Beach.
Raw ONE offers snack foods that are 100 percent organic, raw and handmade. The line includes flavored granola, flax crackers and biscotti, and it is offered in health food markets across the country, including Ada’s Natural Foods Market, Whole Foods Market, Sunshine Health Foods, Nutrition Cottage and more. Raw One uses only organic ingredients and locally grown products when possible, and all food items are free of processed sugars salts, chemicals, preservatives and additives, making them great for a raw food diet.
