I recently called Elite Tantric Masage, no answer, so lo and behold a guy calls me back a few minutes later asking me if I want an appointment.

1) I don't like being called back if I didn't ask to be called back, and
2) I don't want a GUY involved in any aspect of my hobbying thank you very much.

I agree with both no call backs without consent and don't hire a Guy to answer phones

B&S has one, AC has one from time-to-time and so did BP (a few times, including Sal). I have never heard anybody complain about these two places before.

I agree it "feels" better when a little hottie greets you and takes you to the room (Plats), Allure, SRM, HFH etc..

I agree, I wouldn't want somebody from a spa calling me back if I didn't ask them to.
Sometimes I don't mind a guy being at the front desk etc. It just depends on if he's a jerk or not. A pretty girl at the desk is much better though. Platinum's are so hot.

Agree with the call back comments, but the guys who were at IT added a lot to the security of the place. The girls liked it, except when the guys were hitting on them ;-)
