lost in Richmond... J.J. Massage

Been a wallflower reading reviews for a while, first time posting a review.

Moved up to Richmond a few years back from SF, and have never gone to an AMP here. Was out with a buddy of mine last Friday night and after chatting about the good times we used to have down at the Golden Flower Spa in SF (an A class mostly Korean joint I highly recommend) we decided to go see if we could find anything in and around Richmond.

First stop Holiday Massage. I asked to see the line up. The older asian lady mamasan said "there's no need to see the lineup, our girls do only massages." After reading about Holiday on this forum I knew this was BS. Asked again to at least see the girls before hand, and she insisted that there wasn't any reason to see them. Left and decided that it wasn't worth it, her attitude was bad.

Next stop Swan Lake. I heard read a lot of previous reviews about Swan and thought it'd be a safe bet. Alas, there was some kind of emergency in that plaza. There was a fire truck there with about 5 to 6 firemen standing around and watching the Swan Lake entrance. No go, didn't want to walk past the crowd of firemen and go into the spot.

Finally we ended up at JJ massage. Me and my buddy were greeted and shown into the rooms. Due to the negative response I got from Holiday for wanting to see the lineup, I figured, what the heck.. I'll see who comes in the door. Room was a little dingy... with a crap door that had a window that was only half frosted... you could see into the hallway. Didn't feel right.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, "Yumi" came into the room. She looked like she was over forty. Excused herself for being badly dressed... and having no makeup on. She asked me if I liked her and I said "no... send somebody else." She said it was busy, and that I'd have to wait to get somebody else.. I tell her I'd rather wait. 40 something Yumi left, and the mamasan came in.. and told me.. "just wait.. I'll bring more girls..." I waited THIRTY MINUTES. Got dressed.. went outside... and the whole place was pretty much empty.. with only two rooms occupied. No mamasan or other staff in sight..

My buddy comes out later.. told me that he was with Yumi.. She went to his room after mine... He paid 60 for the room and 40 for an HJ. She was selling FS but he didn't want it. I wouldn't of paid anything for her. I guess he was a trooper and TOFTT.

J.J. Massage.. complete crap.. would never repeat. No girls (I think there was one other chubby one that finished with another customer when I walked out). I guess I got a free shower out of the whole deal.. but it wasn't worth the wait or the disappointment.

Any recomendations on a Richmond AMP? I read on another post that Pinky's was back in business?? Is this true? Can anybody PM me the info? I miss those Korean girls down in SF...

this place used to be so-so. they used to have a japanese/chinese girl named ashley there who used to give one hell of a cbj. other than that there were reviews of another hot girl who left but now i'm guessing it's just a dump.

i've tried swan lake. the attitude of the girls and the willingness to serve is pretty good but for some reason i'm just not attracted to any of them so my experience(s) were mediocre at best.

ladainian, most of her personality was fake. i got to know her, her personal life and so forth and was disgusted by it (there's probably nothing more wrong with her than a lot of sp's but i'm not into drugs, lying, or stealing so it does turn me off). ymmv since we all have different luck with sp's. it's when i dated one that i was let in on alot of their little secrets.

as for finding her, i wouldn't bother. she was good at somethings but there are so many better out there.

Not a good idea to recommend Golden Flower in SF because it no longer exists. But, perhaps you have not been back in SF for the last few years. But, I agree, it was the best with as many as 25 ladies sitting on the couches on a Friday or Saturday night.

However, Black Thursday hit and last August and 10 Korean AMP's were closed. Nine have reopened but with sharply reduced lineups and much older RA's, unless you prefer to use the term SP's.

GF has not reopened and will not as the whole place has been stripped down and is up for lease. But, not as an AMP. Those were the days.

i'm thinking mid 2004, the last time i was there. maybe she was still there in mid 2005. hair down to middle of back. looks like lucy lui and she's got a pretty good sized rack. that one (and obviously ashley's not her real name but i think at jj's she was the only one using that moniker).

Amen to that. I got her phone number during my first visit without any prompting. Makes you wonder who else she gives it out to, although I guess that question has been answered here.

I'm paraphrasing, but someone else in this forum once said something to the effect that no love can ever be found in a place like that. I could be wrong about that though, so if anyone has any tales of meeting the girl of their dreams in an AMP, I'd love to hear about it.

you can but be prepared. one day you'll wake up and it will drive you nuts that she's got some rave reviews from guys on eforum.xxx. you'll come to the realization that even though she quit the business for you it still might not be enough.

IMHO, the only thing that SF had over Vancouver is places like GF, King's and Lee's. Maybe Rainbow. Unfortunately, now some of the best action is in the TAMP's. Now, Vancouver is so much better than SF, so consider yourself lucky that you are there. I know I am there, once in a while.

Having moved down to the Bay Area from the Northwest, I have to second Mike's observation, even though we prefer different types of service.

That's just describing the general scene and big picture. On top of that LE has been raiding massage parlors in several parts of the region as recently as this week.
