As ShiShi's (or Lisa's) regulars probably already know, there are now more members on the team. Visited with ShiShi’s new girl Jessica today. Jessica asked if I wanted a strong or medium massage and I asked for strong, and she delivered. Jessica has real massage skills and intuitively seemed to know which areas needed more work. I was the first customer of the day, and she smiled easily and displayed a quiet contained pleasant energy.

Aside from the massage itself, Jessica has a innocence about her but clearly understands what she is doing – sounds like a contradiction but it worked for me. As the strong massage suggested, Jessica is a strong girl. Not strong as in sturdy – think strong as in a dancer. In talking, it turns out she is indeed a dancer – Chinese dance - and has traveled quite a bit. That she was a dancer made total sense – she has a beautiful rear-end. Really hard to tell her age, but my guess would be ShiShi’s age or younger. Very satisfying ending and definitely worth repeating

Based on the positive reviews here, I visited Shi Shi (the name she used with me) about two weeks ago. I just want to say thanks to King Otis and the others that got her on my radar.

I went on a really cold day so maybe it was easier than normal to get an appointment, but I was able to get right in. All is as described. It is an office building (one I was familiar with for reasons not to do with any of this), the doorman ignored me, her set-up is a clean, nice office with two rooms (I think).

When I got there, she opened the door in a nice little top and a short skirt. I was pleasantly surprised by her looks. In my mind, she is better looking and had a better body than most of the people doing this. She wasn't drop-dead gorgeous, but that doesn't mean she isn't cute. And she doesn't look like the KMP girls, but I consider that a positive, as I don't really like the fake tan, fake boob look. And as already mentioned, she is incredibly positive and acts happy to be doing this. That is amazing.

Anyway, I was put in a room and asked to get ready. It was only then that I realized another "customer" was in the room next door, as I heard a few noises. She took a few minutes to come back, and then apologized profusely for being late, saying that the other guy took a long time to get ready. But she made sure that I received my full hour, something I wasn't that concerned about, to be honest.

Her massage was definitely good. Not sure about her acting like she doesn't give HE as a previous post suggested, as she made a joke about it during the massage stage. On the flip, she was very attentive and sensual, motioning for me to remove her top. I was able to roam UTC on her nice, small ass but was stopped from going further as she said she was on her period. Not sure if that was true or not, could be just because it was my first time, but I didn't mind. Everyone is allowed to have their limits. With her leg up on the table, her rubbing my shaft and breathing in my ears while I licked her nipples, I didn't last long.

She cleaned me up and then insisted that I had more time and should have another massage, although I told her I didn't care and I knew she had another client coming. But she wanted to give me a head massage and I accepted.

No tip was ever mentioned. I had paid the $60 fee at the beginning. As I was leaving, I gave her a $60 tip and she never looked at it but did thank me.

I am definitely going to repeat. Thanks again for the info. I hope everyone treats her well as she is a keeper.

Suggestion -- in the future, just pay the house fee up front, then give the tip at the end.. it is less confusing for everyone, and then you know what tip you wish to give based upon what you think the experience was worth.. However, most providers have tip expectations ( but you know that now ).. If you are taking up one and a half time slots she will rightfully expect close to 1.5 typical tips / some guys don't have any plans to repeat so they can cut corners but that's not my style.. I paid her $120 initially for 90mins w $30 tip included. I will pay her the amount I owe, I honestly was going to but when you run into family on the street it's kind of hard to say why u have to go to the bank and go back upstairs to a building, especially when you work in the same office as your family does.

Yes I have been registered for a few years but as my reviews and posts show I am not a regular to many of these places, but I will say thst in the future if shi shi sees me, I will only do the massage part, it was amazing but to throw on the additional "60" for a "he" when I was told there were no additional or hidden fees imho was kind of rude. But then again maybe I'm still a rookie.

Lisa / Shi Shi is a smart girl and she is figuring it all out.. She is now actively saving slots during the day for her regulars as she was being swamped by new clients (that sometimes gave lousy tips)

If there was a misunderstanding, that's one thing. I had the impression NYGuy said he would return with the cash and simply failed to do so. If thats not correct, and if there was no agreement on a particular amount for a particular service, then the behavior wasn't out of bounds. If, on the other hand, a service was offered and there was clarity on what was supposed to be paid and he simply didn't return...because he felt like he could get away with not returning...because it was inconvenient for him to do so....that was absolutely wrong. If that's not an accurate picture, I absolutely stand corrected.



She absolutely didn't play that game with me...and I would have been irritated by it if she had. She went right for it with me and I'm glad she did - a phony innocent game would have been transparent and for me it would have detracted from the thing I like best about her as a provider - her straightforward, breezy, adorable personality...

I guess one thing to keep in mind is that the guys walking into the place up until now were Backpage callers with varying levels of experience and understanding...and now you've got a more sophisticated (and critical) breed of customers coming in...customers who know the drill and know what the expected tip is and who will not be taken in by a phony charade like that. I hope that routine disappears from her vocabulary as she gets increasingly accustomed to more educated consumers...She has certainly said to me that her goal is to bring repeat business and to deliver service that builds a regular clientele.

In my review, I withheld something negative about Lisa. For first timers, Lisa plays the innocent, naive girl that can easily confuse customers as to what is really on the menu. She acts like she never give HJs in her life and pretends to be surprise when you asked for it, even though she asked you to be completely naked, has a bottle of lube onhand with plenty of paper towels, and wearing a somewhat skimpy outfit that is totally unseasonal for December. She pretends to not know why people are there to see her in the first place.

So, I can understand why nyguy got confuse and shortchanged Lisa when she did say "everything is included." and gave her $110. Lisa has a totally different idea of what "everything" is. For first timers, I suggest you tell her what you are looking for in the beginning to avoid confusion.

this thread has three reviews in it. All three reviewers seemed to give the same tip
for a 60 minute session. You received a 90 minute session and attempted to pass a
20 for her time. Time to make ammends and follow sean lee's advice.

However she may not pick up your call due to your recent encounter.

Well, I wasn't going to be quite so blunt, but...fuck it...Really, nyguy79, that was fucked up. You need to repair this by doing what you promised. Have you been a member of this board for four years without generally getting how the tip thing works for massage providers? Most of these women are not self-employed and they get a small portion of the "house" fee or none at all - those tips are the majority of their income or in some cases their ONLY income. That's the long and short of it.

You also will NEVER hear that "sob story" if you understand the basic rate structure for this kind of service which, really, you should understand before you walk in the door. There are only, what, probably 50,000 reviews on this site that describe a tip of 40 to 60 bucks as being the expectation for a handjob of any kind.

But none of that matters. You agreed to pay her 60 and you didn't. She agreed to provide a service in good faith on your representation that you were good for it. A HUGE complaint among the guys on these boards is providers who demand that you fork over the tip up front in the middle of a session. You've given this absolutely lovely and sweet woman a VERY good reason to turn into one of those kinds of providers, which I hope she will NOT.

How would you feel if at the end of the week your boss said "oh, let me go get your paycheck" and then never came back with it?

I had the chance to see her on Wednesday the 21st. I like the location being very close to Grand Central Terminal and bc it's in an office building. A very busy one as well and you don't get hassled by the security guards regarding where you are going etc.

Shi Shi/Lisa gave me the absolute best massage ive ever had. My body still feels great.

The only caveats I have are and maybe it's my own damn fault for giving a tip at the beginning of the session:
I asked for 90mins and at the start put down $20 which included the tip and told her so. She came back and gave me ten dollars back even tho I said the $20 was for her (90mins is 90$, and from the reviews here and maybe being new to all this it was my own fault).

After the amazing massage and some intense teasing she put on the same routine that Melissa from massageanywhere said regarding how she only makes money from tips etc and then basically said that I only gave her a $ even though I didn't.

The last part wasn't great, she told me thst for the last part it was going to be an additional .60, I asked in the beginning that what I liked was thst she was upfront and said thst there were no hidden fees etc.

I ended up having to finish, I told her I'd go to a bank and pay the difference however as I left I ran into some family members who were showing office space up the block and couldn't exactly go to the bank.

I would repeat for just the massage and want to, to also give her the money I guess I owe.

I just don't enjoy the whole sob story explanation, it dampens the mood, makes you feel uncomfortable and I really don't get it.

The massage though is amazing and I recommend her for just that.

I can see her raising her prices soon bc she even said thst the amount of calls have gone thru the roof over the last few weeks.

No question about it - she is not a KMP girl - anyone who walks in expecting one will feel misled, and it's important to say that. Adorable is a fine description of her...In addition, HG refers to her as "Lisa" - to be clear, she identified herself to me as "Shi Shi" but I have also heard her use "Lisa" on the phone. Why? Some mysteries are better left unsolved, but at this stage she still does seem to be the only girl working in this location. She did tell me at one time when business was brisker there was another girl as well. Obviously, that may happen again and we should keep our eyes out for it so the quality of the other girl can be assessed.



I guess some of this may be a matter of taste but I also suspect it may have to do with her assessment of what needs to be done to your body - which might not comport with what you actually wanted. I haven't gotten much bone cracking in my multiple visits (not telling how many times I went before posting my review...let's just say I did my homework...way more than my usual flyover routine at the mediocre sandwich board walkup places.) My experience has been more of a deep tissue / muscle thing which might have been more satisfying for you, HG. But in any event, it's presumably to some degree a matter of preference, taste, and happenstance.



I will say that familiarity brings rewards, though KMP level service is absolutely never going to happen.



Fair enough. An awful lot of independent providers work out of office spaces like this one, and the absence of a shower will always be a drawback in this sort of place.

Again, HG, thanks for delineating the good and the bad in your experience clearly. If there's one thing that drives me nuts it's a post that says "went to see her. really sucked. Won't repeat." Detail about what worked and didn't work obviously helps everyone make smart choices and pick the places that are likely to work for them...

After reading Kingotis' review, I knew had to take a shot at this. I made the appt with her the day before and Lisa was able to fit me in the next day just fine.

Kingotis' review is pretty much spot on, so I won't repeat what was already said. I find Lisa to be pretty adorable, but not as pretty as the KMP women. In terms of looks, I'll give her a 6 but compare to the multitudes of MILFY massage women found in most side streets of Manhattan, she will rate a 9.5. I was looking primarily for a good hard massage to sooth my aching shoulder so any HE, to me, was just icing on the cake. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed in both fronts.

Her massage skills are defintely a notch above most but instead of massaging muscles, most of what she does is cracking your bones real hard. There are some of you who will like this technique but it is not quite for me. The HE was performed quite perfunctorily with some roaming but that could be due to our first time meeting and YMMV. The most negative aspect of the experience was, like Kingtois said, there is no shower or toilet inside her office; the bathroom is outside the office, in the hallway with the elevator, which is impossible to access because you will need to put on your clothes again to get to it. So, after the HE, you pretty much wipe yourself clean with papertowels which will still give you a "not-so-fresh" feeling while riding the subway back to your home. The damage is 60+60 which she was very happy to get.

On the way out, Lisa told me to come again and she will work on different part of my muscles the next time.. Will I repeat? Maybe, if all my options are exhausted or my wallet is thinned out. For an extra 80, I think I can get more mileage from any run-of-the-mill KMP.
