Decided to try out this place after reading about a body slide massage that they offered. Went there after lunch and saw that they were under rennovation. Half the place was still operational so was introduced to 3 SP's. Two were asian and one was caucasion. Asked about the steam room massage and was told that only the two asian SP's did that. Decided on Ivy.

Ivy is about 5'2" tall, medium to a little above medium build (about 130#'s), short hair, maybe in her early thirties with decent B cups. Had a quick shower in the steam room before Ivy came in. Before starting the massage, we settled on a HJ for 4 greens. Had me lay on a table with a rubber matte and pillow. Sprayed me down with water and gave me a light soap scrub. Then soaped me down and started sliding. The same was done with me on my back also. Afterwards, have a decent HJ with little restrictions of the hands.

Cost was a red for 30 minutes. Overall, okay. A little steep for a nude HJ, but wanted to try something different.

Selection on the SP's were not great. Maybe later in the evening would be better. They seem to be dumping a lot more money into the place so I suppose they are expecting bigger and better things.

I think this place is affiliated with Universal on Arbutus and Broadway.

I did tried a similar treatment from a massage place in Richmond, across from Lansdowne mall and right behind the Bread Garden. They called it" massage in steam room". I was led into a room with a steam room and was told to have a steam bath first. I went in for five minutes and got all wet and sweaty, then a lady walked in with a one pc swim suit to begin massage. It was not a pleasant exprience as I was sweating and she was trying to rub your back while you gasping for air. It was hot and steamy in that room. I told her to stop and got out of that steam room. I toke a cold shower and sitting on a massage table trying to savage this awful situation. I asked for FS and was told she would only do massage but no FS. HJ was suggested. I was kind of mad because this treatment costing me $65 for a session while regular room was only $45. Finally, I negoitated with girl $200 for FS because I told her I would finish the session without any special- in other word zero tips for her. I definite will not repeat because the place was still so wet and so much mositure in the room while I was finishing the FS. Final cost:Total $300 as I exceeded one session and the manager offered $100 for two session time.

She was completely nude from start to finish. The service was agreed upon before the session started. Pricing was set. She came in with only a towel wrapped around her.

The steam was turned on when I went in for the shower. It was left on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ivy came in afterwards and asked if the stean can be turned off. I said fine since it was steamy enough. She started with a soap scrub of front and back. Then water rinse. Soap was them put on all over me and her and sliding began both front and back. While on my back the HJ started and finished with no hand restrictions.

I went again on Sunday afternoon. I called first and asked if there were more than one SP to choose from. The receptionist said yes. When I showed up, there was only Ivy again. With there limited english, I think they said that Ivy was either the only one at the moment that did steam massages or that she may be the only one period. Not sure. I stayed and got about the sane treatment as last.

Overall, I think I will repeat. The HJ with soap instead of oil is different. Would be better if there were different SP's working the same service. Maybe after the renovations, there may be more.

I went there to check it out. I think I saw someone name "Irene". It could have been Ivy as It was a little hard for me to understand her. There was a second asian girl sleeping on the couch but I was told she doesn't do the wet room. There was another girl working who does the wet room but she was busy and I would have to wait to see her. Overall, sounds about the same service as above.

I went and had very different service. The white girl asked if I wanted her or an Asian girl that was there, I chose Asian. She said she didn't do the steam room. Had a pretty fair massage and HJ. She told me that after the renovations the place will be strictly massage, no "extras". Seemed kinda wierd to me.

I don't think they have a large selection of girls there. The host said that they work 12 hour shifts, so if they close at midnight, they would have to start at noon.
