Etiquette!
If the girl provides a service without discussing a price first it is etiquette to tip her. The tip rate for the "extra" service has naturally evolved. By no means are you obligated to pay it if a price wasn't discussed first and she provided the extra on her own accord....but by no means is she obligated to give great service again if she even accepts to see you again. She has the right to refuse you as a client. And so does any other MPA who may have heard about a client who takes extras but doesn't tip.

I'm not averse to tipping, btw.. but I do it based on overall performance rather than mileage. An intense , passionate session with a girl who's really into it, but with no extras is much better than a disinterested girl who provides a lacklustre and mechanical session and BJ and dead-fish FS.. and I prefer to reward accordingly.
