I'm trying to introduce an evil villain who is plotting to kill a certain person with his rebellion. But i'm having trouble introducing them. How can I introduce them? If you can give me some tips etc that would be fine too.

The first page is like a small introduction of the environment.
Now I just have to introduce the characters.
