...playfully outside of her work place? So this guy and I have an intimate relationship, we also work together. His massage therapist came to our place of work and they were talking and what not so I went about my business working. They came to me, he introduced me, told her about a pain I was having in my butt. She was like "I massage you there, remember right here" as she touched him she giggled. I don't know if it's because I'm a little protective or if it's really inappropriate.

it's honestly only unprofessional if she treats him the same way WHILE she's giving him a massage;; she's probably just an extrovert when out & about, & just wanted to tease you a little;; I wouldn't take it as anything, UNLESS your 'guy' turned beat red during the 'game'...you're being protective, but his response is the thing you need to worry about..not her 'professionalism'..she wasn't performing the massage there..& could've felt it was simply just a 'joke' to break the ice...

Whatever the chemistry between colleagues, such affairs should be kept outside of the workplace. It is unethical to display such affectionate acts in the open glare of colleagues. Speak to him/her and make them know that if such happens again you shall be taking matters to the management. Such acts could be offensive to others work colleagues witnessing it. Moreso it encourages unhealthy workplace gossip and the like. Do not condone it!
