Introducing evidence on slip and fall accident?

If Bob fell on Antonio's sidewalk, can Bob bring into court that other people have slipped and fell on it before him?
Can Antonio bring in evidence that he didn't receive any accident reports of accidents?

This is why America, the U.S. going down hell.
No people is responsible for their action but keep suing others for money.
In other country, Bob would require to open his eyes, walk more careful, and if he fell, that's his problem.
I hate the idea of people suing each other over sidewalk.

But without Documentation the "reports" of the slips are not solid forms of evidence.

If you fall on my side walk and don't get hurt enough to go to the hospital or just graze your knee and put a band-aid on it and go about your day, there is no paper trail to prove the incident occurred.

Therefore it is their word alone that it happened.

Antonio's defense is correct that he had no knowledge of any accidents on his walk.
