I got a bunny from the ASPCA a week ago and she has been chilling in my room in and out of her huge hutch ( spoiled bunny alert ) and we are slowly letting her hang out in the house. We put the cats in the room and just let her roam around. Let me give you some background on our cats...
Since they were born they lived with their mother outside
Their mother left them and they wandered into a backyard
Too scared to come in the lady who lived their fed them outside
Lady puts them on craiglist, we want kitties
Lady traps the kitties and brings them over to our house
They are very shy and usually distance themselves from us....
How do we let the bunny play around without the cats hurting her. ( BTW. We have 2 other dogs, 1 big sweet one( doesnt give a sh*t about other animals in here), and a small dog who is very sweet and lovable but can be dominant ( she likes to hump one of our cats) and gets overly excite). The cats get along great with them.
