Introducing 2 males...?

My 2 females accidental got pregnant while with their previous owners, she didn't know so I didn't know when I got them. There was 5 males and people buy in 2's so there was one left. I spent more time with him because he was alone and got really attached so I kept him. 5 months ago I got another male, Chuck. He was 2 months old when my male Scott was about 5 months old. I know it's harder to introduce adults but I didn't want a baby getting hurt. I've been doing a proper introduction since I got Chuck but Scott doesn't seem interested. I put them together in a neutral area and Chuck goes near Scott to sniff and he turns around and attacks him. I separate it right away with a mist squirt bottle but every time they're near each other they fight.

Is there anything else I can do? I don't want to sell Chuck and have Scott be alone forever.
And I'm not neutering them.

I'm an owner of rats, and when I tried to introduce my male rat to another young one, he didn't take so kindly to him.
Rats won't just "soften" up to another one if you allow them to fight, it will just make it worse, and will cause injuries to one or even both.

Your best bet is to keep them separated, if you have two cages, just put the cages side by side, and let them get use to each others presents.
