OH MY GOD!!!! I am like in love with Arctic Monkeys right now, i am insanely in love with almost every single song they have. I am seriously obsessed with their music!!! But not really with the band itself cause im not that kind of girl, i love bands for their music!
Anyways you should listen to Modest Mouse, they are freaking amazing!!! They music is so different i LOVE it. i only heard 2 of their albums so far, but so far each song has its like own personality that they totally work.
You should also listen to The Futureheads, The bravery and the rapture! Pretty amazing bands.
Also if you like Melodic rock, you should listen to There for Tomorrow, they are freakin amazing.
Ooh, i also like the strokes as well!!
Good Luck with your music search, i just went on one during the summer, but i dont have ANY time anymore since school started!

Smoothing/patterning with paper towels should also be included. I count that as one of the most valuable tips I ever picked up on.


It would also be great to have some sort of standard chart for flavor mixing. Like what and how much to add to get certain flavors. I wonder if there is already one out there somewhere on the web. I've never thought to look but I'd love to have a chart like that.
