Instant Cold Packs?

Hey gang!

I was considering purchasing some Instant Cold Packs. I wanted to use them for clients that like to get massaged outdoors. I have two right now that like this. And while they love to get massaged outside - I am in Miami, it's hot and I think it would be a good way to keep them cool without having to run indoors to get a compress out of the freezer.

Any other suggestions.

Also, anyone know of the best place to get the Instants in bulk? I've been researching, but always love to hear from you guys. I've found many good deals.

The only problem is that they don't stay cold for very long, 10 minutes tops.

Instant cold things are usually one time only use aren't they? (Or at least all the ones I've seen)

What about a cooler, with an ice brick and reuseable cold packs? Bulkier than clicking an instant cold pack, but you could also have something like frozen golf balls - they can be great to use, rolled into tight muscles, or a chilled neck rest? Yes, they are one time use only. They are made cold by a chemical reaction that you stimulate by forcefully slamming the bag or punching it then shaking he contents to mix together.

Slush packs. Freezer sandwich bags...ice and a bit of rubbing alcohol. The ice will stay longer. Keep them in a cooler at your event. Place a cloth barrier between client and the bag.
