Injury Prevention Massage DVD

Hi Guys N Gals,

I have read lots of posts on here about Injury Prevention Massage and their DVD and thought the best thing to do was try it for myself!!

I must say I am very impressed, I ordered my DVD through the website ( http://www.injuryprevention.org.uk ) and it arrived the very next day. I watched it through first of all, then practiced the strokes on my sister. Very easy to understand and see how its all going on, no jumping over couches and rolling down peoples backs like the No Hands stuff I have seen and heard about.

My sister thoroughly enjoyed the treatment, I was covering a much larger surface area with one stroke with my forearm, but best of all I had no pain in my hands when I had finished.

The DVD was very clear to use and only £20 and even had a 5% voucher off anything on the website, have got my eye on an Earthlite couch!!

What did anyone else think?

Hey Bamboo,

Glad to hear you have enjoyed the benefits of Zero Strain massage. I have decided to follow the No Hands Massage route - the jumping over couches is just for show ;o) - and have been interested to see what the DVD is like. Sounds like you got a lot out of it which is fantastic, I think I may have to order one myself.

And if you are thinking of ordering an Earthlite table I would encourage you to get one 100%! I bought mine a few years ago and instantly fell in love with it, the best £600 I spent!! They are fantastic tables, and the Avila II chair is just delicious - I will be getting one in early 2005.

Anyway who did you get your Earthlite off I saw an Avalon and Headrest for less than £350 all in Vat too on Injury Preventions website?

I bought it a few years ago from The Head To Toe Experience when they were the sole importers of Earthlite products, unfortunately since then the company has folded.

I have the 30" Avalon table with deluxe headrest - i love it and clients love it.
