Tarotwytch is right, I practice indian head massage and it is a seated relaxing massage lasting about 30 -45 mins, However on site massage is quick and vigorous about 10 minutes to fit into someones lunch break - you can do it on a chair or and ergonomic massage chair whatever suits your type of technique - personally I just use a fold-up low back chair - it's cheaper, you know Some people do deep movements and percussion but really it's up to the client, If you do a massage they are not keen on you change it slightly for next time - so they get a massage that is just right for them. Also you can change it as you go along too.
