If we were to remove religions from history, and introduce them now with

all the Science, what would happen? Would people still chose to follow religions so against science and common sense?

Probably whichever got the most support. Most people are sheep and they follow whatever is popular. Then there are those that will think for themselves, they may follow the Science.

Nothing would change. Because science still cannot answer what caused the "big bang".

Like the old guy said, there would be very little to teach. Most of our history, culture and traditions come from religions of all types. Unfortunately, most of our wars too. We can really see this today.

As I am reading science today, it seems to me that the scientists are becoming the people who are really searching for God. The discoveries they are making are holding them in awe more that many different religions...and like religions, most of what they find, they have to take on faith.

Properly understood, there is really no conflict between religion and science if one would use their common sense one could see that clearly.

If you think think science and common sense are synonymous, then you don't understand quantum theory.
History is a big part of religion, and vice versa. It would be difficult to separate the two.
