Not bad!!

I had not been in there for awhile. Talent drain and price increases drove me away.

The one thing that I really appreciated was that virtually ALL of the girls showed some interest in ME rather than of each other. Nice for a change. I was mainly looking for a good massage so I went with a recommendation based on that.

There was some fine talent there. I need to go back and explore further.

They have made some nice improvements to the place, but the plastic chairs have to go. They really cheapen up what is otherwise a pretty nice place these days.

Boycotts are fine.

But it seemed like the Quality/Price ratio was reasonable to me. I had 2 drinks and bought the girl a drink and my total was $75 for the hour. I didn't feel any pressure for propina and I didn't. The room was decent sized, a full sized bed was provided with fitted sheets, which is nice. It came out about the same as I would normally pay elsewhere after the expected propina.

So remind me, what was the point of the boycott?

To protest the highly unreasonable price increase. The quality did not change much when I went there in November. Took a few newbies there, had a drink and left. Don Roberto did ask what I thought about the ladies. I met him the trip before and he remembered me. I was honest that they were alright but the price was not justifiable. So no thanks.

Attempting to boycott Idem is unrealistic. Just like tipping what you are willing to pay is a personal choice influenced by your own values and economic circumstances. If someone wants to pay the IDEM asking price, tip at ZB, pay cien or more at the HDR, tip at CR restaurants, etc. that is their decision.

If you really are upset at the price at Idem, the pressure to tip at ZB, the asking price at the HDR why not make a sign and nail it a board and picket the place?

Don't whine in a forum be proactive and make a public statement.

So what exactly are you getting at? Are you talking about the boycott?

If that is what you are talking about, I have to say, I am not getting it. Yes they are a little more than some places, but the overall quality is pretty good too. There were some fine prospects in there. They were ALL friendly. The place is clean. I got a full sized bed for my fat ass with clean sheets that don't slide off the mattess within 5 minutes. I am not sure what I paid for my drinks, I am guessing my session was $65 of so. I am not sure what everyone is up in arms about. Yes it is more than some places, but there are enhancements that other places do not have as well.

I don't voice opinions here often mostly because I don't have much experience in CR, But this issue mirrors one we have here in The Pacific NW if we overpay it becomes the set price and it is tough to get it down. That said it's not really overpriced if it's worth it to you, so how do we do our own thing at the same time as not overpaying and screwing our crt brothers?

I plan on giving idem a try after speaking with a friend who just returned and gave me a name and # or two, I just have to see for myself. Now the HDR is different I won't pay cien unless I run into one of the mythical tens you guy's spot from time to time or It's a multi hour kick ass time. I think what I want to pay depends on these things and the fact or at least my assumption of why this board exists and price points are a big reason I am here. Shutting up again.

Shawn4DelRey and I did some Idem recon late in November on a Tuesday nite, and were underwhelmed by the talent level. We hung around for 45 minutes to an hour and saw no more than 6-7 girls, total. There were a couple of cuties who seemed rather indifferent, but did get picked up by the few guys who were there.

Had this been the first time I'd been to Idem, I would probably not return. Of course, I trust the membership that generally the talent level is still high and there is lots of it. Of course, I have seen things better there on many occasions, so I consider what we saw that night to be an anomoly.
