I would like to re introduce my guinea pigs!?

Well recently my two boys have been fighting over dominance, its mainly around meal times for them, the older and bigger one likes to jump on top of the smaller one and he pokes the smaller ones bum too and he runs off. But the tiny one is dominant (i think).

I think if it does not stop soon i will have to seperate them, i do not know why they are fighting, i think its because the baby is becoming sexually mature. But yer, i want to seperate them for about a week then do a very carefully planned introduction, that way i am hoping they will have a nice breack, then the will be able to sort the mess out once and for all.

Do you think it will work and any tips?

Male guinea pigs normally fight unless they are siblings or introduced when both guinea pigs are at a very young age. And im sorry to say it but normally after they have started fighting even if you give them a break from each other its very likely they will still fight x

I'm sorry to say that even if they have a nice break from each other then you carefully introduce them again they will continue fighting
