I am a 24 year old college student and am realizing that I really should start doing some cardio...I can't stand running and my school has a pool, so I was thinking I should start swimming and see if I can improve my cardio. See, I am an avid weight lifter but like I said, I never do cardio...so, I would like something where I would have measures of progress whether it be time or distance, but most of all I want to beat records and improve my cardio. Thanks for any tips and/or websites you guys can provide!
