welcome! Thanks ? I am 5"5 and I weigh 125 lbs. I am not trying to lose weight, I am just trying to tone up and get in better shape. My main areas of focus are on my abs, midsection, and obliques! I just recently started a workout regimen almost two weeks ago. It is a 30 min workout with 10-15 different exercises. I cut out all caffeine and drink nothing but water and juices and occasionally cool aide. What period of time is healthy to start noticing results? Does orange juice burn fat? Should I follow up my workout with exercises that are targeted on my abs, obliques and midsection, my main focus areas? If anybody has tips or tricks they would be greatly appreciated thanks
