I am 5"5 and I weigh 125 so I am not trying to lose weight just get toned up and get my body in better shape! My main focus areas are on my abs, midsection, and obliques! I am doing a 30 min workout with about 10-15 exercises also drinking water and juices and cut out all caffeine. How long is a healthy time period to start noticing results. What foods should I stay away from? Does orange juice really burn fat? I am new at this and I have quite a few questions I am sorry...if anybody has any tips or pointers they would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
