I adopted an Akita b-itch (champion in my country) to keep company to my dog. I had to spay her, but apparently I adopted her in heat an my dog mated the same day I brought her home. After several month, and after the b-itch pregnancy, I had 5 Akita puppies. I am giving them for adoption. I am not a breeder, an I do not want to make any money from the dogs. My only objective if to give them to good families. I have already interviewed a lot of people. A lot of them got a NO for an answer. They puppies are two month old, an I will give them to their proper family in 1 more month. However, I was thinking of introducing the dogs to the stud. He already saw them when they were 1 month old, however now the puppies are bigger and wilder. I put 4 of them in my yard with the stud for 30 minutes. The stud will waggle the tail but as soon as one smelled him, he growled. He never tried to bite them, but was only stressed when the dogs tried to smell him. Also, he barked at one of them when the puppy was chewing my mom's feet. Should I keep trying to introduce them, or just keep the puppies apart in my other yard until I give them away? Thanks!
Actually my idea was to never introduce them. I am giving them for adoption in a month, I do not need to introduce them. I was actually wondered, JUST IN CASE I decide to keep a female. (I am getting really sad of giving all of them away).
