How to introduce yourself to a cute guy?

I like this guy that goes to my church and school (he's a senior, I'm a freshman). Surprisingly, we have one class together (our engineering class). Also, he's in my church youth group and we're friends on facebook. I'll be going to church tomorrow and I've been wanting to approach him, but i don't know how. We look at each other in class and make eye contact, but we've never really have talked. PLEASE help!

Ask him a question about a church event to get the conversation going and then introduce yourself

FYI : senior guys are only looking for one thing with freshman girls. They are going off to college in a few months and really don't care. If they really want a relationship they will find someone closer to their own age.

Go up to him, and any guy you want to talk to, and say, "Hello, my name is such and such, and I have noticed you in one of my classes and in other places, or in school, and I want to meet you. What is your name? " Then, go from there. He will like this, and if he does not, then you dont care because he is not someone that you would want to know anyway.

Go for it and you will be happy that you did.

Ask him if you had any homework in that class or anything to deal with that class when you see him at church and start a convo from there.

Just say hi!

And just keep saying hi lol -- guys will automatically assume you like them

first move? just say "hi" and "do you wanna grab lunch?" know what he's into.. like sports and other stuffs that can start conversation. then if you are with him(in a group or alone) be an active listener.

Best advice, don't over think it! He could be wanting to do the same thing but just doesn't know how. When you see the open opportunity, like if he's nearby doing nothing in particular, just go up to him and say "Hey! I see you a ton, and your in one of my classes but we have never seemed to actually talked. Let me introduce myself." Say your name, and smile. And see where it goes from there, joking around and being nice goes a long way. If he disregards you and acts like an ass, then what did you lose? Nothing, you now know he's not cool and you move on. He'd be the one to miss out.
