I have two male bunnies, and I need them to be friends as we bought the other one so they could be friends. But we're very nervous about actually letting the smaller one out of the cage to meet our first bunny. We have a small cage that the new bunny lives in, and a big room the slightly older bunny lives in. We bring the small cage into the other bunnies room and observe what they do. Ajay, my first bunny that I bought started by circling around the cage when we first got the bunny. He even thumped his feet. Today, he circled once, didn't thump his feet at all though. Neither of these are neutered yet, but we are thinking about doing so. They touched noses but the smaller one was a little more agressive. He put his paw up to Ajay's nose. So I don't guess they're ready to meet yet. Ajay also isn't as interested in him as he was. And I think they are getting better. But I need other tips, it will be two months before we can neuter Ajay, and even longer for the new bunny. (The new bunny is only two months, Ajay is only four. ) And we have 14 days to figure out if this will work or not. Because if it won't, we have to get rid of the new bunny. :\
