How to introduce and older cat to a kitten who owned the house?

Hey,

Recently we bought a lovely little Ragdoll x Himalayan male kitten and we thought he would be the only member of the house. He adapted to our house very quickly.

However one of our friends passed so we gained an additional cat. He is a 4 year old Burmese male.

Our little kitten is a bit scared of the Burmese as all he does is hiss at the kitten every time they get to close.

Is there a way to introduce these two cats better and do you think that they will begin to get along?
