how to introduce a kitten to 2 dogs ?

i have two staffies 2 & 1. they're nice dogs but reaaaalllly hypo when it comes to meeting new people & animals, or just seeing them after even 5 minutes really O_O more worried about the 2 year old cause she doesnt like cats, but shes only seen them run in our yard & barks at anyone that goes into the yard really, so im hoping she will act different when the kitten is with me. but how do we introduce them ?
dw she wouldnt kill it, just lately we've taught her not to bite the birds that fly into the house so she'll listen to me hopefully, & i wouldnt let the kitten near them if i thought they would hurt it from how the act from seeing it. the worse they would do would prob be from getting really excited. she only really hates the cats that get into our yard, havent seen how she is with cats we hold yet. if they didnt work out i wouldnt keep it here for it to get hurt i would give it to my aunty [:

try to let them hang out.. XD

or let them eat together, but Im worried the dog might kill the cat.. x(
