How should i introduce myself to the chick, at the back of my class room?

there is a really hot girl at my class, i will do anything to talk to her or even know her. we attend math classes only, the rest i attend at a different building of the school. i don't see her much. but shes damned beautiful. i need you guys to help me find a way to talk to her. Am new in this school, and i don't know, but she could be somebody's girlfriend, so i need it to be smooth.

Try to remain calm and don't approach her straight away. Bump into her in school office or canteen or at the gate or somewhere. It need not be a isolated and alone place. Try to ask her something..like if you are in office or filling up some form then ask her "what's this n that?"... or best way ask about some teacher ;-) that really helped me for sure

first conversation need not be long. keep it very short.. 2-3 mins.. name's exchange. that too at the end of conversation.. then casually say bye and don't let her charm take you my friend ;-)

then after 1st meeting.. everyday try to make eye contact.. just wave a "hi" from distance.. no need to go upto her everyday.. then 2nd or 3rd day, strike a conversation just before the start of your maths lecture when you are in class.. hold the conversation till the teacher enters.. ans when the teacher enters, you sit next to her only.. because its too late to search for another seat ;-) if you know what i mean... and try to make a common group with 1-2 more girls..they need not be pretty..just supportive to you.. when she is in your common friends group..then it will take you no time to make a place in her heart because you may not be able to spend much time together if you keep on talking to her alone... in a group you can have lunch together.. you can plan out somethings.. like that...
