HOW MUCH does it cost to put a WASHROOM and SHOWER in a ROOM ?

How do you put a shower and toilets in a room?
Will the plumber need the blueprint?
Do they take cash?
And how to find the central pipes to connect with the warm water tank?

Cost is only part of the equation. These are some of the logistic I can think of:

Landlord approval or if owned may have a condo board of some sort
Permits - typically the Landlord wants a drawing to approve what you're planning and the permit will need it for the building inspector
Plumbing - most difficult being drain. Ever notice some shower are a foot step up (need a ladder to get down) = drain is why.
Who will clean shower? MPA's may prefer central shower, not as much to clean. Other SPA's with shower in each room, I assume the MPA's client uses it has to clean afterwards? Not sure.

So besides the cash, you need to have an ability to circumnavigate these challenges and assuming you are not equipped to do that, then hiring a General Contractor that looks after all of it then ya, you're looking at a lot more than some fibreglass and Plexiglas fixtures.
