How do you introduce new dogs?

Well I have a Mini Schnauzer boy not fixed never will be and hes socialized very well he goes over to my grandparents with us and they have 2 Minis also and they play together and one is a puppy they chase each other, smell each other, and play with each other he has been with another male dog before same breed and they were fine so how should I introduce the puppy when I buy him
Trust me the older one still has much energy as ever hes so hyper
I'm not fixing him its wrong and cruel

first make sure that the dogs are familiar with each others scent, like take a toy from one of them and give it to the other dog and vice-versa. next when the dogs do meet if neither of them are vicious them let them interact with each other without leashes. but if the dogs are vicious be careful and make sure you can separate them if need be. It may take time but just a few minutes a day can be a great way to introduce them.

put the new dog in a crate and bring your other dog in the room...when your dog relaxed...let the new pup out....make sure they dont start fighting!!

Just put them in the same room together and let them interact, sniff each other butts and play around. just make sure your older dog doesnt start growling at the puppy (it probably wont happen) but if he does take the puppy away and tell the older dog "No!" and for a short amount they will probably try to establish dominance over each other (which is normal especially in males) so make sure you keep and eye on the two of them.

put 1 dog in the cage and bring your new dog out you want to really pay attention to how they are reacting if 1 is over excited and the other 1 is freaked out its not a good idea to let your dog out of the cage just wait until there sitting down calmly even if theyve been barking at each other loudly for 5 minutes its the best to just wait if not it could lead to a dog fight leave them there until they finally settle down once they do feed them a dog treat and say good!!! let them out and watch them play but remember dont let your dog out until its calm!!!! also if you find your other dog ignoring the puppy dont worry its normal just remember hes older he doesnt have as much energy as he used to he might find the pup a little annoying because of his energy but dont worry they love each other its basically what a big sister thinks of her little one good luck!!!!!!!!
