I have bought a three month old rabbit after lots if begging from my kids, she is all set up in her hutch and seems happy, trouble is...my nine month old beagle just won't leave her alone, she constantly has her nose to the hutch, jumping up and whistling through her nose! Floppy does nit seem phased at all, will even happily sniff pooches nose through the wire. I'm nervous about introducing them properly as I my pup gets very excited when she wants too and leaps about... I couldn't say for sure how she would be with flops outside the hutch... But she is a harmless pup... What's the best approach?

have the bunny closed up in a room and your dog on a leash and if you have a muzzle (just so the dog doesnt freak out the rabbit) let the bunny come to the dog and im sure it will and then when they get more combfterable around each other and by tif you have a muzzle keave it on better safe than sorry
