how do i introduce my boyfriend to my parents?

when it comes to my parents. i get so terrified that either
a. they will comment
b. they will embarrass him
c. they will embarrass me

my parents tend to criticize too much and i dont want him to get offended.

all parents criticise as they want best for offspring and its trying to guide and assist ( even if too much) you have to keep initial meeting short and don't worry about any criticism very very few parents will want to embarrass their offspring so any criticism will wait until you are alone with them.

If you really like this guy then I wouldn't worry about it, so what if they comment? if he likes you he will learn to deal with your parents and they will learn to accept him

just try your best, ask them to behave, and just get through it. it may not be as bad as you think.

A. they probably will. hopefully it will be good though. hopefully they will hold their judgements tell he leaves but if they do say it in front of him. oh well it will be fine.
B. embarrass him I dont know. make him nervous they definitely will. but hey thats just how things its part of relationships, no big. if they do act out enough to embarrass him just make him feel better about it afterwards and it will all be okay. remember what he thinks about your parents has nothing to do with his feelings for you.
C. thats more probable. its always kind of a awkward situation. but just get through it. he will probably be far to preoccupied with how hes being viewed to even start judging
