How do I introduce my boyfriend to my family?

My parents probably won't be happy cause he's not the same race as us, which I think is racist and wrong of them. They say white ppl are slobs, and I say not all are. Also, there's quite a gap, but there's quite a gap in my mom and dad's age differance too. He's a decent guy, nice and friendly, isn't lazy, knows how to cook and clean very well, etc....how do I introduce him without getting in trouble or possibly yelled at or beat?

My brothers will probably get all on my case and beat me if they don't like him and for getting with him, which i think is unfair. Please help?

just bring them all over for a dinner or something. Have him cook, and talk your stuff out

tell your parents you need to talk to them and its an important matter for you. I went through this same thing actually. Tell your boyfriend to come talk to them all four of you. Tell them it's important for you and that your telling them about him because you respect them. and you hope they understand them. But make it seem serious so they will take it in a serious matter that's what will help the most. make sure its serious and important though and tell them you would like for them to get to know him as well. My parents gave me a month so they can get to know him and it all went well so try it

Listen Hun, ur boyfriend, ur decision. U should not worry TOO much on what ur parents think of him. It's what you think of him that matters more. Have a talk with ur mom and dad. Tell them that he is the guy for u. Don't get into a fight with them. Just sit down; smile and have a talk with them. Tell them u luv this guy and he is the one for u, and him being white does not matter to u. If they still don't get it, ask them for a dinner with ur hf and ur family. Don't tell them too much about him, let him confidently introduce himself. It will have a better impression. And btw, about ur brothers hitting u, if they hit u too hard and if it is about ur personal reasons ( like ur boyfriend ) they are VIOLATING THE LAW and can atleast be put under house arrest. It's the impression on ur parents that matters. If ur bros threaten to but u up, u can even press charges... Anyways, just tell ur bf to be himself. If he is a nice guy, I'm sure ur parents (and ur brothers as well) will love him. Remember, it's a completely different thing when u talk abt him to ur parents and when he introduces himself.
