How do I introduce him to my dad?

So right now I'm currently dating someone that is a few years older than me..
Besides the point if I even thought about bringing a guy around my dad he would flip out.
The problem is I'm tired of having to sneak around my dad just to see him and be with him. Plus I'd like it for the guys I have in my life right now to have an open relationship with respect and trust. This is all I want from my dad. I'm just afraid that he will act immature, or yell, or explode etc. Something that will totally ruin it for me :/ Most of my friends say he will either flip, or accept it and allow me to be happy, seeing as my sister had a 6 year thing with a guy 5 years older than her. ANYWAY.

How should I approach my dad with this?
Should I invite my boyfriend over to dinner with us?
Should I talk to my dad first?
The twist is my dad's girlfriend actually know about him and has met him so maybe she could help me soften things up.
I really need advice!!

The next time you are going on a date with this bf have him come to your home to get you. Introduce him to your family, promise Dad you will be home by your curfew. Done. Dad's gf will probably smooth out any ruffles Dad may develop.

you should first get ur dad and his gf togeher and ask him if u can invite ur bf to dinner, make sure his gf is there so if ur dad says no or goes off on u so his gf can back u up and help talk him into it.... Good luck
