How do busts occur?

This is something that I’ve always wondered. How can police bust clients in a Massage parlour that offers extras other than to go undercover as a MP? Many parlours have private rooms that are locked. What are they going to do? Break the door and catch you red handed!?!? By the time they break the door, all “activities” would have ceased. They can’t charge you for being naked. You can argue that you are just there to get a simple massage. I do not think that they can bust you if the MP is naked unless thai massage is illegal or simply having the MP nude is illegal. If having the MP nude is illegal, then sexy restaurants and strip clubs should be illegal as well, but they are not.

I read a few threads that mentioned that ignorance is not an excuse. If that is so, if I visit a school buddy to discuss a project and his house is raided for drugs, then I’m guilty as well even if I knew nothing.

Also, if they break the door of a locked massage room, aren’t they afraid that they may be sued?

Anyone who has been busted or know someone who has been busted care to share his/her story?

Look in laws under "common bawdy house". Cops only have to prove that sex for money occurs to be able to bust a place. Hint, this board is a good place for cops to start looking. Think hard before you post the next over reaching review.

RTJ: If there are multiple posts here about girls offering sex for money, it is a clear indication that the business exists as a sex for money business. That is more than enough to merit police scrutiny if not action. The proof need only to be flimsy enough to get an arrest, and things go out of hand fast. If the owner pleads guilty to running a common bawdy house, everyone inside is a found in and gets at minimum a ticket and at worst an actual criminal record.

Some of the posts here and some of the actions of "hobbyists" is killing the massge world. People out looking for "more more more more more" each time, killing what use to be a nice rub, tug, and light play business and rapidly pushing it to being a fs or near-fs standard industry. A little extra use to be a nice off chance experience between like minded adults, and now it appears to be defacto standard what is expected on every visit. I highly recommend to those people that they accept their desire for SEX is higher than their desire for a massage, and they move over to the escort section and stop living the lie.

I also think keeping the extra details out of the public forum also keeps less than intelligent people from hassling the girls. There is no pleasure in waiting 10 minutes for a girl, and she comes into the room all flustered and angry. If you ask if everything is okay, some of them spill it all. On more than one occassion I have has girls complain at length about customers who cannot accept no for an answer. It truly lowers the level of the experience for all.

Everyone needs to understand there are girls that will do almost anything for money, and if that is your thing, you will be able to get whatever your horny little heart desires in spades. you don't know who you are PMing to, except to say that most people won't PM interesting info to just anyone. Regular posters have a hope. For the most part, LE isn't going to take the time to establish a name and a reputation here just to chat with people.

I think the worst part about posting juicy details in the open is what it does to the business overall. Basically, guys that might not have been brave enough or have enough desire to try are now showing up at decent massage places and treating the entire massage business like a moving brothel buffet. More than anything, this has changed the nature of the massage business.

You see the posts here. Girls who a couple of years ago would have been private SPs are now private MPs that "give great mileage". More importantly, when a truly foul or undesirable client comes in the front door, they can play the "just an MP" card and do nothing.

When the public figures out what many MP places have become, there will be a big push to get the out of residential areas, away from school, and so on. LE will be forced to act because the public will be upset.
