How did you introduce your toddler to whole milk?

Hes just turned a year old...this week actually and hes almost finished with his last can of formula and I was wondering whats the best way to introduce him to whole milk? What kind of cup or bottle did you use? How do you get him to drink it if he doesnt like it? What are some of the experiences you guys have had? Also...if I ccould just throw this out there too...whats the BEST thing youve found for baby eczema? Ive been using Aveeno Eczema therapy but...his is a little worse than that can help and the doctor wont prescribe anything for him...any suggestions?
