I was on the red light street of Dusseldorf this evening : Hinter dem Bahndamm. Here following a very good description of this place and the way to find it easily (thanks to the site "red light district of Deutchland") :
"The place consists of a five-storey building with each window numbered. This obviously creates problems for windows that are higher up. Seems not be a well-thought of place for general quality. The view to the left is from the railway line, South of the Central Station.
