HFH receptionist phone greeting: "Good evening Allure!"

I called once.. and the hfh receptionist said it. I had just called allure right before... I thought I had redialed by accident.

I called hfh again... and the receptionist said it AGAIN!...

I said "isn't this HFH"... there was a pause... and I heard someone say "It's hands from heaven!!!".... like maybe the receptionist saying it out loud away from the receiver.

The voice sounded familiar... like one of the receptionists from allure... but I thought it was funny nonetheless.

It has happened with me also. I called HFH, and Brook picked up the phone. She said, "Good Evening Allure", I knew her voice, so I started joking with her. It was just simple human mistake.

Speaking of Allure... I thought I saw Raquel working behind the desk once when I walked in there. She wasn't dressed like an MP... just normal everyday clothes. It might not have been her... but I thought it was. This was during a time when she wasn't on the schedule... which made me wonder if it was her.

I just noticed that Alexa and Sonya are gone from Allure to HFH. I should see them, they must have some story for us....

Its good news that now HFH has a full time receptionist to handle booking, and look after their front desk, or i recall at their previous location in Vaughan, most of the time MPA's only use to routinely perform as receptionist duties also to save paying a receptionist. Who pays wages of receptionist, the MPA's or MP's owner's? i heard that at some spa's the MPA's gives $5~$10 per cleint to the receptionist to keep her going and earning her wages, as the owner's constantly complain that they just get room fees, out of which they have to pay the rent, up-keep of their spa's, taxes, utility bills & other misc. & incidental expences, therefore the MPA's should also contribute by bringing in their stocks of Body Wash, Shampoo, Deodrants, wet tissue box, Air-Freshner's, Perfumed Candles,Mouth Wash, Bottles of Mineral Water, & last but least some good quality choclates for their clientle, which makes most of the client to visit that spa again! GOODLORD Schon!! Personally Im not a believer in GIRLS paying for all that! "they only get the room fee" ??? ONLY? HUH? The girls do the work, a room fee is plenty! I know I know, Im a new owner and not a hardened vet yet, but I spent 8yrs as an MPA without paying for the bosses expenses.

But I can say that I have had those phone slip-ups already!!! LOL Riley and I both actually, saying the name of our former digs out of habit. LOLOLOL!

Nevermind ...

I've answered the phone at one spa saying "thanks for calling (a previous spa I worked for) on several occasions.

But - before I entered the massage world, I was in the retail management world....

How many times did I thank callers to the spa for calling "__" (fill-in big name retail company) ?? More than a few times...lol.

And yes - I've heard that in some spas, girls are expected to tip the manager on-duty. As a result the manager on-duty does their best to "take care" of the MPAs that tip them by promoting them to walk-ins and callers a bit more aggressively.
