Hello, im new in the ttc section, came off my pill 3 days ago and very first attempt at trying after next months true AF. Know i could be here for a while so just wanted to say hello and wondered if anyone wanted to say hello and tell me your ttc story! x

We have been trying for only 3 months and even though AF hasnt started yet I know we didnt succeed this time. Ill know for certain in the next 24 hours. The first month you will probaby take it as it is then you get rolled into charting, opk, special lubes and all sorts of different tricks and advice you read somewhere.

Hello and welcome!
Well, hubby and I have been officially "trying" since July of 2009 so it's been over a year of, well, nothing! I have 2 kids from my previous marriage (7 and 12) and really wanted one with my husband but time is passing and nothing is happening (and I'm not getting any younger)! Both hubby and myself have seen doctors and other than a slight sperm motility issue he seems to be having we are both healthy. I did have a tubal ligation 7 years ago which was reversed in April 2008 and have since had an HSG done to check on my tubes and was told they are open and look good so now we just wait! I really really don't want to do IVF but we are going to give it until the end of the year before we think about whether or not we want to give that a try.
All I can say is that it doesn't always happen right away so try not to get too upset when AF rears her ugly head. My husband was convinced that I was pregnant the very first month we tried and here we are over a year later still trying. Hopefully it will be a lot quicker for you.

Hello and welcome,
Hubby and I have been ttc since march 2005, we have had 4 bfp's in that time, sadly all ending in miscarriage. We took a short break last year when i was diagnosed and treated for cervical cancer. It has now been over 2 years since our last pg and we have undergone fertility investigations which show no reason for our recent difficulties getting pg.

We have an action plan in place for when we finally get another bfp which includes aspirin, weekly scans and cerclage at 14weeks because the cancer treatment.
