Travels with X (Why Montreal Massage Review Board is GOLD!!

Some of you might be surprised to see me reviewing this place after my unfriendly review from last winter. A few things have changed since feb, I've made my first "hobbying" friend " X" a little while ago (we've been friends for a couple of years before we discovered each other's secret life). We'd decided to go see a salon he'd been going to weekly since dec 09, his enthusiasm for the place winning me over, and besides I hadn't actually tried the service so I felt I'd give it another shot.

We got there and X selected first, Natalie a young (20 max) blonde anglo who was a bit chubby but kind of pretty. I took Niki, a young (20 max as well) chubby but decent looking brunette who was also an anglo (I found out later that they were friends). We both paid our 50 an hour entrance fee and off we went.

I got to see the rest of the salon this time, once you get passed the personal effects room, to the left there is some sort of common room with an old TV, then a door. Once you get passed the door, on the left there is a washing machine and a working shower....an actual shower in the middle of the corridor...WTF. Then you have two or three rooms on the right. The room I got with Niki actually had a shower in it, it was surprisingly clean along with the room. Once I got myself cleaned up, I lay down on the mattress and the session began.

First off I have to say that Niki had no massage skills at all, I mean nothing...What salvaged the session was the reverse massage after I offered to teach her a couple of things about 10 mins into the session. Once the reverse massage began things went alot smoother, Niki is a nice fun girl I enjoyed spending time with, but she is definitely a rookie. Her attitude is good and she could develop into a good masseuse with some practice but I'm not gonna be the guy paying money to teach her things management should have taught her before her first client. Anyways, I've got more things to say about the session but I'm only sharing with people who give back to the forum, via PM.

After the session we walked back to our cars and he asked me what I thought of the session "Nothin special, you do know there is something like a dozen places close by here right? This isn't even the best place in this neighborhood." My friend replied "I like it well enough." I was under the impression this was a Chinese place? Everytime I called I got an Asian voice. No matter will avoid now that this has been posted. Thanks for the advice. I think I'll follow you and X to the other places you mentioned.

The receptionist is Chinese so that`s who you were talking to, she also does massages but neither of us were interested. X told me about half the people that work there are asian but he had also booked sessions with whites, asians and arabs over the last few months. You won`t be missing much by avoiding this place! I can personally vouch for Spa Luna being good, as for the others mentioned I`m going by the many many positive reviews, so many people can`t be wrong can they? I hope not!

Anyways here I am again at the 3173 for reasons I'll elaborate on elsewhere. The salon decor is junkshop modern but the session rooms are clean enough....I guess. I pay my entrance (50 for the hour) to a very harried Emily, the late 30 something asian manager of the place and my MT is Tricia. Tricia is a black woman in her mid 20's, anglo, decent body about 120 to 130 pds and a kind of pretty face.

The room for our session is at the far end of the corridor. The layout here is different. The room is much smaller than the room I was in last time. When you open the door to come in you almost hit a massage table in the middle of the room, there is very little room for an MT to maneouvre. At the foot of the table there is small staircase leading to an acceptably clean shower.

Tricia has a basic knowledge of massage, but she is quite an enthousiastic teaser however. I never spoke that much during the session but she didn't seem to mind at all. Anyways, on the flip I selected the 80 $ option of a thai, 50 gets you naked hj with touching. Anyways, the 80$ option was competently done. An OK session, no repeat.

Message to Emily: If you read the boards I'll take the time to offer one suggestion. Try and put up at least a tentative schedule on CL or annonces 123 concerning your MT's working hours.
