I`m no law talking guy but is it even legal to claim things like that? Is this a case of slander? I`m hoping someone can clarify. I hope the ad isn`t true, I wouldn`t wish HIV on anyone, even today.

Slanderous posts such as the one mentioned here within' are generally speaking against the law. However I did allow the post to appear for the safety of everyone. Is this post reflecting an actual fact? I cannot confirm nor deny its contents.
The person who posted the announcement will be held responsible for their actions. In either case true or false, this is a private matter (according to the law) and should not be publicized. Even if it will save lives in the case it's true.
