We've been together for ages and when we both moved to college he made a new set of friends, I haven't been introduced to any of them. If he runs into them with me he just completely ignores me until they're gone.

He also used to have me round whenever his family came to visit but now whenever they come round I only find out after they've left and its not like I've done anything wrong, they seem to like me.
 
You need to call him out on it.
It's not fair the way he treats you around his friends especially regardless if they're new and he's trying to act cool or whatever.
Let him know you are hurt by his actions.
And if he doesn't have a decent answer to that, its probably time to move on.
