The advices that john3for has given are 100 percent OK.
In the typical Reeperbahn/St. Pauli area you will just be ripped off and that is it.

There is the other area in Hamburg, around the street called Steindamm.
There you can find on the streets a mix of drug-addicts (looking at you with half-dead stare, dirty and definitely full of all sorts of deseases) but also some semi- and full-professional hookers who take between 50,00 EUR and 70 EUR plus room-charge (10 - 12 EUR) in one of the cheap hotles in the vicinity.

Hamburg is a black hole for mogering suckers. Even the government warns of 'bait and switch', 'dry husltes' and other rip-offs on the Reeperbahn and Herberstrasse RLD. There are a couple of smallish FKK clubs in the suburbs. Do a search. Take a train to Hannover ('FKK-Villa' is a good choice) or Berlin ('FKK-Artemis')
