Stayed at Shamian Island. Walked around there one evening and was approach by a girl standing close to the kiosk's vis-a-vis white swan hotel. Handing me very discret her business card, and spoke ok english.

As there were a few polices around in the streets there, so i did not go throug with it. Not sure if they would care, but i was not comfortable with the situation there. Any reason to be worried about the police there ? As far as i could tell, they just walked around there, mindig their own business.

its easy to have a girl in guangzhou in any of the below ways,

1.) stand in front of your hotel or walk a little around ur hotel some one will surely contact you by giving you visiting cards for girls.Just tell them your room number and hotel and leave. They will send you girls within few mins. But most of them are street workers.Tell them if girl is not good u will return them back.They charge aroung 800 rmb full night. but bargain for 500 rmb it depeneds on your luck and talent.

2.)Go discos like Cave Bar, Kama Club, Mp9 .Gypsy King, and many more disco clubs in the Bai ten bar Street on the side of pearl river. Sure you can pick some pretty girls for 800 rmb for a night but good girls.

3.)Go to KTV if ur in gang u can share price and u can ask the mamasan for here collection of girls. Sure u will like the girls and can take her back to your room cost is same 800 rmb + tip but girls are good.

4.)Can ask the bell boys in hotel sure they can get you.

5.)All Massage clubs they offer good massage with a happy ending (HJ) I dont think they do u anything else than this.

Any way avoid street workers.

Best bet in Guangzhou is the Tang Club, then the Gipsy King. Girls in Guangzhou are usually fat and old, so just check them out and see if can work for you. I usually take the bus to Zhuhai to spend the night there and you would live like a king there.

I was in Guangzhou in 2006 and stay at the Dong Fang hotel. It caters to a lot of foreigners and was a nice place. In front of the Hotel, just off to the side was a large massage parlour. I didn't get a chance to try it out but it was very enticing and seedy looking. (I was on holiday with my relatives and shared a room with a cousin except for the last night.) On the street I saw a decent looking freelancer in a black dress hitting on guys left and right. A mamasan handed me a card in front of the hotel as well. One side was chinese one side was english.
